[Bug] Cards with End Date toggled can not be dragged and dropped across Calendar view

### Bug Description

Cards with End Date toggled can not be dragged and dropped across Calendar.
Meanwhile, cards with single date can be dragged and dropped easily.

### How to Reproduce

1. Create or open a calendar view
2. Create an item with End date specified
3. Try to drag and drop this newly created card

Observe that the UI hints that this action is possible but in reality nothing happens

### Expected Behavior

Card should be able to be dragged just like cards without End Date are.
