[Bug] Cursor lose focus when moving up from the first line (seen on a page in a dataset)

### Bug Description

When editing a note page in a dataset, the cursor would disappear after input the up key from anywhere in the first line of text, or left key at the beginning of the first line. I could not find a way to bring back the cursor unless use mouse click.

### How to Reproduce

1. Create a new database page (I used grid)
2. Create a new page in the database then click open as a page
3. In the pop up window (or open as a full page), populate some text, then input the up or left key at the beginning of the first line
4. Cursor went to nowhere and cannot be brought back to the text through down/right key, tab, or other possible keystrokes I could think of.

### Expected Behavior

The cursor should stick to the beginning of the text when trying to move it up or left out of the bounds.
Or maybe in the case of the note page, the cursor in the above described scenario should move up to the comment, property, and title sections. The cursor should also be able to be brought back to the main content with down arrow keystrokes afterward.
