[Bug] Record not found:Collab not found for object_id

### Bug Description

The default view to a database had a filter on a checkbox column on the grid rows. However the previously hidden rows cannot be seen anymore even after removing any filters or sorts, clearing the cache and restarting the app.
When deleting the app, reinstalling and login again, the missing rows appear on the UI for a split second during the sync then disappear and are again completely inaccessible. Only 24 rows out of approx 80-90 are visible.

I'm uncertain as to when this issue started appearing. I keep my desktop app up-to-date as new versions are released and haven't checked the unfiltered view of the database in a while.
I had to reinstall the OS 2 months ago and reinstalled the desktop app then and it synced well. Based on #8737, #8315 the inaccessible rows where originally created on the previous OS install. However most of the current visible and working rows where also created on the previous OS install.

The logs throw a lot of:

### How to Reproduce

Bug is constant in my workspace. Tried looking at the database from the web and Android versions and the issue is persistent across all platforms and reinstalls

### Expected Behavior

Removing all filters should display all the rows
