[FR] Optimize Simple Table frame rate for large datasets & improve aesthetics

### Description

Small tables work fine, but when developing large tables (e.g., extensive study or writing notes), the Simple Table feature becomes sluggish and drops frame rates significantly on Android even on powerful devices.

1. ​Performance: Optimize the scrolling and interaction for large tables so it can properly utilize modern device hardware (tested on an IQOO Neo 10 with UFS 4.1) and maintain a smooth 60fps.

​2. UI/Aesthetics: Thicken the borders and round the edges of the tables to make the UI look more polished and visually appealing.

### Impact

Students and creators who rely on simple tables than databases. Databases are fine, but as a novel writer, simple tables makes the difference for me.

### Additional Context

The aesthetics/ UI is faster to implement.
