Espanso not working on appflowy ArchLinux

I installed appflowy on my archlinux with hyprland
As my lectures may contain greek,math symbols and may need for super and subscripts i installed espanso which help me use of these symbols (if i use :sum it will change it to Σ)
its working on the system (brave and other apps) but not on appflowy - as soon as type it , it vanishes along with the code
can you plz let me know , what should i do!

OS : arch linux
i believe i installed it from AUR and not flatpak i believe
