### Description
AppFlowy would greatly benefit from a deeply integrated agentic AI system that can understand natural language prompts and autonomously create, edit, organize, update, and manage workspace content across databases, tasks, calendars, notes, documents, and projects.
Instead of requiring users to manually configure every field, relation, filter, task, or workflow, users should be able to simply describe what they want in plain language and let AI perform the actions on their behalf.
Examples:
“Create a content calendar for TikTok with statuses, deadlines, priorities, and creator assignments.”
“Review overdue tasks and reschedule low-priority items to next week.”
“Summarize this meeting note and generate action items.”
“Create a CRM database from these notes.”
“Generate a project roadmap for launching a SaaS app.”
“Analyze workload across team members and rebalance tasks.”
“Auto-tag and categorize new entries.”
“Create recurring workflows and automations from prompts.”
“Search the workspace and answer questions contextually.”
The AI should ideally support:
Natural language workspace control
Autonomous multi-step actions
Database creation and editing
Task/project management
Calendar scheduling and optimization
Document summarization
Workspace-wide search and reasoning
Smart automations and recommendations
Cross-page and cross-database understanding
Agent-style execution with confirmation options
