[FR] add the ability to move pages within a DB to another DB (move to)

### Description

Currently it is not possible to move pages from one DB to another. This would be quite helpful, especially for data accidently entered in the wrong DB by new users.

### Impact

data cleanup can sometimes be quite a hassle without this feature.
