[Bug] Can't scroll down within a very long kanban column

### Bug Description

I have a kanban board with some very long columns that don't fit on my screen. But I can only see the part of the column that fits on the screen, and there is no possibility to scroll down. It is still possible to search for the hidden items, but I would also like to change their ordering.
Interestingly, sometimes scrolling becomes possible again. I think this is when you move an item from another column into the long column.

I feel like this bug was absent in some earlier versions of Appflowy (it definitely wasn't there a year ago), but I don't remember in which version it appeared. Note that in the meantime I switched from snap to flatpak, so that may be part of the explanation.

### How to Reproduce

- Open a new kanban board and fill one of the columns with a large number of items (say 30 items, or whatever doesn't fit on your screen). For the moment it is possible to scroll down within the column.
- Close and reopen the app. Scolling doesn't work anymore!

### Expected Behavior

Scrolling down should always work, even after reopening.
