[FR] display the progress of syncing an image / file to the cloud

### Description

- show the upload progress 0% -> 99%
- indicate the sync status: synced or failed to sync
- if failed, show a retry button

this feature applies to images & files uploaded to the document / database, and it should be available on desktop and mobile platforms
