[Bug] Accessibility improvement - screen reader doesn't speak changes when typing in editor

### Bug Description

I am a visually impaired user, and am having an issue with the editor. Currently, when moving the caret around, the screen reader does not speak anything, making typing mostly impossible. If I create a selection, however, the screen reader announces the selection correctly.

### How to Reproduce

Use NVDA or Windows Narrator and open AppFlowy. Type in the editor and move the caret around with the arrow keys, you'll notice nothing is read aloud.

### Expected Behavior

AppFlowy to successfully announce caret movements to the screen reader.
