[FR] Shorten URLs in URL Cells

### Description

Similar to the "Wrap text" feature for a Database Column, I think for specifically URL columns it would be nice to have a "Shorten Messy URLs" option, that would shorten the URL as much as possible the most context retained.

Some example transformations:

- https://github.com/AppFlowy-IO/AppFlowy/issues/new?-assignees=&labels=&projects=&template=feature_request.yaml
+ github.com/AppFl....yaml

- https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/accessibility/github-command-palette
+ docs.github.com/en...lette
```

Improved readability and cleanliness of Databases containing many messy/long URLs
