[Bug] format of the article copied from HTML page is not displayed correctly

### Bug Description

copy an article from a network page, "https://www.marxists.org/chinese/maozedong/marxist.org-chinese-mao-193708.htm" .eg
The text is not readable:
1. paragraph is not recognised, the text is a whole single block.
2. alignment of the headers is not generated.
3. the ref list format is wrong.
4. the article will be copied twicewhich is not as expected.
5. a scroll bar is better displayed since the article is very long.

### How to Reproduce

open the link "https://www.marxists.org/chinese/maozedong/marxist.org-chinese-mao-193708.htm", then copy text to an appflowy page.

### Expected Behavior

a reader-friendly display as the original network page.
