[FR] Navigate cursor in code block need more smooth

### Description

Currently when navigate cursor in code block has some stuck:

- Example: My cursor is in middle of the code block, then typing arrows **Up/Down**, the cursor will move out of the code block. The same with some keys: **Home**, **End**

- Another Example: My cursor by the end of the line, then typing **Tab** will make all code in this line tab into 2 spaces. Is this need to tab cursor instead?

### Impact

Developer wiil need code block like a text editor instead
