[Feature] Workspace and settings organization and placement

Currently We have settings under Workspace Menubar as I have references it under my issue #520 also.
It is shown in the given image.

So, If u do not mind I think that there we should only give workspaces dropdown on clicking Workspace button and we should give a separate setting icon button as we have in out Appflowy Flutter App and as shown in Flutter App image.
