[FR] tables in AppFlowy-Web

### Feature Description

Tables are currently only supported in the standalone app, but not in the web version. Please allow simple table creation in the slash-menu

### Use Cases

Current solution is using a grid. However a grid might be overwhelming and does not allow rich content cells, such as inserting an image into a cell
