Workflow for automating apk build

Hi guys,
Saw you guys working on some new thing. you can use https://github.com/Blockchain-Research-Lab/late-entry-mobile/blob/master/.github/workflows/dart.yml this workflow to automate your build. what this actually does is that whenever it encounters a push in the branch it will create a build for the app and make it available to download it will help guys who want to see your work without having them to create an environment for building flutter.
