CHG Super Users Page to new components

I recently refactored the Admin Users Page.

It uses the new User Item, aswell as pagination and search.

Please refactor the admin user page to use the same components and have the same features.

note: everything is already implemented all you have to do is basically copy over the ui and logic and apply it to the Super page. The only difference is the super page has a couple more actions.
