Interface translation issue

### Steps To Reproduce

I am using the Chinese interface by default. When I select Settings and click OK, some of the translated text on the interface directly changes to English.

### Anything else?

Only by closing the program and reopening it will the interface return to its normal translated state.

Reproduce the issue in AntiMicroX 3.6.1 on Windows 10 22H2 by using the Chinese interface, opening Settings, and selecting OK. Trace the settings confirmation and localization refresh path; done means translated text remains in Chinese without restarting the program.
