No AZERTY and no way to set it

### Current Behavior

When I assign a key, it's totally confusing because it display a qwerty keyboard, not mine.

### Expected Behavior

I want the app to detect my keyboard, so when I assign a key I can do it without mind-breaker.
In my case, show a AZERTY european generic desktop keyboard.

### Steps To Reproduce

Assign a key and see the (wrong) keyboard displayed.

Just a reflection: Maybe there is something to think about the language selector, because when you select "french", you use a azerty keyboard.
