Support Quarto Profiles

There are some cases where I want to use project post rendering and profiles functionality of quarto in nbdev_preview, and nbdev_docs. This allows me to replace some existing folder with output of another static site folder like notes and observablehq while keeping the navigation intact . I have managed to use the same in regular quarto project an example of which is here: https://zealmaker.com/

Review the Quarto project example at https://zealmaker.com/ and inspect the nbdev_preview and nbdev_docs entry points. Determine how Quarto project post-rendering and profiles should be passed through while preserving navigation and replacing folders such as notes and observablehq. Done means both commands support the requested profile and post-render behavior.
