Missing orgs.list_saml_sso_authorizations and other enterprise endpoints

On the last api update, a bunch of enterprise endpoints were removed. I noticed that the github documentation is now split between the regular versions of github and the enterprise cloud version of github:

whereas regular github doesn't have this endpoint documented:

This is of course breaking any any calls that depended on the enterprise endpoints.

Start by comparing the regular and Enterprise Cloud GitHub REST documentation linked in the issue, especially the list-saml-sso-authorizations endpoint, then trace how the current API interface is generated or exposed. Done means the removed enterprise endpoints are available again and calls that depended on them no longer break; the issue does not name specific files or tests.
