Fix README: Add toggle for major heading, verify authenticity, update repo link

## Problem
The current README is too long and could benefit from being more compact and user-friendly. Additionally, all data and links in the README should be cross-checked for accuracy.

## Proposed Solution
1. Add a toggle button (closed by default) at the major heading to collapse/expand the main README content, making it more compact for users.
2. Cross-check all information and links in the README for authenticity and correctness.
3. Update the "View Source" link below the major heading to point to the actual repo: [View Source](https://github.com/AnshumanAtrey/germa-search)
