Description
This issue shall collect a few ideas for the next version of the Image-Uploader.
The current version does the job, but doesn´t really blend in to standard Innovator.
Goal:
- Image Upload shall be possible in locations were Graphics are needed.
- The image uploader itself shall stay in the background. Users don´t need direct access to the ImageUploader items itself.
Ideas:
- Add Image Upload as Action to ItemType tp_Graphics
- Add Image Upload as CUI elemnts in TechDocs / MPP
- Use custom GUI, so user can use an "Upload now" button (or similar) instead of "Save"
- No Image Upload item should be created in the background. As alternative, the shell can be used to log automated upload of images
- Check bulk load image options to improve performance when many images are displayed at the same time
