Possible conflict with plugin and mobile app - door lock error starting program

I am not sure what the source of the issue is but for the last week weeks I have been seeing issues starting a program, from the mobile app.

What I discovered today is that something is causing an interference with the mobile app starting a program and causing a door lock error to appear after which the cycle tries again to start and this can then repeat a number of times.

I have not tried yet doing this with HA not running, but what I do note is that starting the cycle from the controls on the machine itself has no issue, it's only the api starting a cycle that seems to be affected.

I wanted to raise this here with a suitable title in case others are seeing the same problem.
