scrollbar flashes with each character typed

Using Chrome, copy and paste the following into the "uncontrolled mode" section of the [demo website](https://andreypopp.com/react-textarea-autosize/):

Make sure to include the spaces when copying and pasting.

Type something at the end and each character typed the scrollbar will appear and dissapear. It might take some fiddling to reproduce depending on the size of your browser/monitor.
