Extract Lat/Long from an address

The map uses lat/long in order to get it on the map, but we currently allow people to put in just an address (because people with addresses tend not to know their lat/long. People with lat/long tend not to know that lat/long either, but that is addressed in https://github.com/AnanseGroup/atlas_of_innovation/issues/7)
