Add Instagram specific regular expression

Instagram changed its rules for usernames and now they can include a period (example: @litt.le). We should get an expression specifically for IG since Twitter does not follow these rules.
This should work but I will have to do more testing:
(^|\s|(|>)@(\w+.+\w+)|(^|\s|(|>)@(\w+|)
