It seems at some point it became required to use .NET 5.0 (https://github.com/Amoenus/PclTimer/commit/d2935a681a9020679ce39452400c10470043c9d6)
I am not even sure this .NET version already exists, but this is an backwards incompatible change, so technically a major version bump was needed (although most projects seem not to care really in the 0.X phase which makes sense).
I also am not sure why this is needed. Can this be reset again to v4.0 as it seems to have been before?
