Lovelace refresh on iPhone

Hi

I have used and adapted the “Flexible Horseshoe Card for Lovelace” from Hacs. On my pc this works perfectly. When i use it on my iPhone i have a problem.
The intention is if you click eg the icon “silent”, that the color changes from orange to red or vice versa.
On my iPhone that only happens when I refresh my image by pulling the image down.

What could be the problem?
is the card too extensive or are there other causes?
