Description
Goal: Ensure stakeholders are aware the migration has happeend and get a formal Acceptance event
1. Show the new db, focused on the similarity with the old
2. show how we verify the copy is 100%
3. explain how changes to the old DB are no longer possible and what the "System of Record" status means
4. Explain how we will support them getting used to NPC
5. Tell them this is a formal event, ribbon-cutting, signoff, etc. and record the moment.
