[Epic] Establish Person/Contact Record Types for Students, Parents, Donors, Board, Staff, Lead Agency Staff, and Coaches

### Goal:
Person Records make sense where the contact is a staff, student, coach, parent, donor, board member. This needs evaluation for all our standard use cases and a migration plan clarified.

Requirements:

- [ ] Define the end goal for each type of record. What object and relationships are required. What is different from the current (2024-2025) schema?
- [ ] identify how the data will be migrated, what process and steps
- [ ] identify manual steps
- [ ] identify the QA process to check the migration
- [ ] identify what flows, views and calculations are needed and make a task/ticket for each to be tracked
