API Support Needed Enable Endpoint(s) for SCORES Cup Registrations

The Cup Registration Web App, which is a REACT app similar to student registration, connects to some new objects and record types

**Requirements**

- [ ] Authenticate Registrant (donor type, not Coach)
- [ ] Get Campaign ID and Name (to show at the top of the form) _The Campaign ID may come from the form first as part of a URL_
- [ ] Create/Update Contact
- [ ] Get list of existing Cup teams
- [ ] Create a new Cup team
- [ ] Upload a team logo
- [ ] compile team details, shirt sizes, and other comments (text) into one text field with simple delimiters for the Team record
- [ ] Create a Player-Team registration/assignment record
- [ ] (if) there are survey questions questions, allergies in the notes field they should all be formatted into a long text field in the Registration/Assignment record
- [ ] The registration should be retrievable and changeable but don't create a duplicate registration
