API Support Needed Updated Search API options help Coaches find students with name variations and other regions

**Dependency**
Coach Flow Tools and Mobile Apps

**Problem**
Around 10% of students have multiple first and/or last names and exsting records are inconsistent. The present Search does not return these in some cases.
Others have phonetic variants and also are not retrieved

**Propose Solutuion**
1. Provide an option that uses the Salesforce Search feature (which is already endemic in the staff leadership)
2. Provide an option to expand search scope to all regions for students that might already be registered in a different region
3. Provide a pagination option for large result sets

**Concerns**
Pagination means multiple requests. Users with poor connections may find this feature difficult. So the App(s) will need to manage this to be usable

**Test Criteria**
Examples:
- lastname: Montez vs Montes
- first: pppp kkkk middle: rrrr last: vvvvv bbbbb
Searching for Montez should retrieve Montes but sort priority should be exact matches first
User should be able to expand and paginate to find the matching student even if they dont have the spelling exact, based on phonetic similarity (based on the Salesforce Search)
- A side-by-side comparison with the Salesforce Search should be helpful in checking
