Description
Goal:
Coach Flows and Apps should self-configure to prioritize showing the most relevant Region initially as that will be most used
Recommendation:
After a coach or program staff has authenticated, basic contact information is included for the app. A Region value should be included.
- Salesforce Coach Contact Record will provide a Region Field "[MostActiveRegion](https://github.com/AmericaSCORESBayArea/salesforce-environment/issues/101)" This is what should be returned
- This field may need to be requested at ad hoc or refresh moments so make sure this is also in GET /Contact
