When the API returns Team Season records for Enrollment, it uses only validated records

We see conditions in Sandbox where custom object references did not copy. We need to consider adding protections/filters in the event this happens in Production.
For now we are going to explore repairs and protections on the Salesforce side.

In this case, null/invalid ID's in the Coach and Program Mgr/Co fields was causing an error when adding an enrollment records referencing the Team Season, indicating a deep integrity check is occurring on Salesforce.
