Endpoint to Unenroll a Student from a Team Season

Students may stop attending or never appear after an enrollment is created. Coaches need to manage their rosters to reflect partial participation, one student at a time.

1. Coach views a team season roster
2. Coach selects unenroll feature and selects the student
3. The app allows to select the date uennrollement should be recorded
System:
- identifies the correct enrollment record linking the student to the team season
- returns to enrollment start and finish dates
- Changes the finish date based on the value returned from the app
- returns the changed start and finish date
