The Sync-Robot can complete a weekly bi-directional update with district #1,2

The contractual relationship with school districts, in some cases, calls for more frequent reporting than the quarterly invoicing requirement.
Additionally, when a new student arrives, a first sync is needed soon.
In some cases, the initial system of record is the external, district system.
In other cases, their first record will be created by a coach, via the mobile app, or the Web Registration form, by the family, resulting in a record being created in Salesforce that needs to be synced to the correct district DB.

General Requirements:

- [ ] Uses the GUI automation system of the Sync-Robot for external system access
- [ ] Runs with minimum human intervention
- [ ] Keeps track of results and exceptions
- [ ] Runs bi-directionally
