The Region selection in select_club_component is not up to date and must be dynamic

**Describe the issue**
Presently the list includes inactive regions and is missing some new. This is because it is hardcoded.

**To Reproduce**
1. Login
2. View the Session Screen
3. Open the **Select A Region** picker

**Results**
Marin appears (this is replaced by Marin & San Rafael _combined_

**Expected**
the exact list maintained in Salesforce should appear. There is an API service to support this implementation.
