Start with the issue body and gather the referenced first working-group meeting list, Reidun's input on method and risk, and the discussion with Stig as product owner for Confluence. Done means an overarching plan is prepared for the BOD leadership group, including a cleanup policy, an inventory of what should move, migration support, and an Excel overview.
