Features not working after update to v0.29.3

### Expected behavior

I installed the extension a couple of weeks ago and was ok.
After the update to v0.29.3 nothing works (lineage empty, go-to-definition not working, etc)

I installed the extension a couple of weeks ago and was ok.

Installed v0.29.3

dbt debug -> all checks passed
