Extension 'stuck' in Parsing projects state

### Expected behavior

The setup should finish properly so that i can choose my target

### Actual behavior

The process is stuck in the 'Parsing projects' state.

### Steps To Reproduce

dbt --version
Core:
- installed: 1.9.4
- latest: 1.10.15 - Update available!
