docs generate columns data_type in lower case

### Expected behavior

When generate docs it generate columns data_type in lower case, why?

### Actual behavior

Need at least option to preserve original case, not work when use dbt with ClickHouse its case sensetive and not work when types cast to lower case

`String != string`

Try to generate documentation for columns
