The latest version always remove the packages path outside the project

### Expected behavior

dbt-power-user will keep the package-path outside the project.

### Actual behavior

dbt-power-user always removes the package-path outside the project.
but it goes well under 0.51.X.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. def a customer package
2. dbt deps, the package-path is outside the project
3. reload the vs code, and the packages install will be removed
4. pls ref the attatchments for the project and vedio
