clear healthcheck problems doesn't react - I have to restart VSCode to make dbt power user understand it's fixed

### Expected behavior

I had a dbt compilatikon problem - then I see it in the Problems tab - then I say "Clear Healthcheck problems" - it doesn't react - I could not get dbt Power User understand that the problem is fixed - unless I restart VSCode
