Not able to undo the changes made to the files by the agent

### Description

I ran a workflow to enhance an existing DBT model using builder agent, I faced 2 issues:
1. The files got edited but it does not provide me an option to roll back the changes(like we can undo on Claude code, cursor or vscode)
2. All the various steps in the workflow ran on its own I believe the control should be in the hands of the user to either run all steps in an automated way or to choose and decide and at each step in a session

, the way we have in Claude etc.
