More debug logging for dapp browser

With a dedicated maker/tag for filtering like "dapp".

Good for debugging issues like caching, injecting/detecting of current Ethereum address/network and signing troubles.

Also going to be useful for third party developers who wouldn't have access to web inspector.

Maybe also the possibly of dumping this to a file that can be emailed.
