Investigate new chains

The following chains are now supported by Infura, which is pretty much a badge of approval as we would expect them to do due diligence.

Can you investigate further and recommend if we should add the following chains:

Celo: https://celo.org/
Near: https://near.org/
Starknet: https://starkware.co/starknet/

By adding these chains it's assumed the corresponding testnet in addition will be added.
