Parse the source to remove all:
- [x] - ``` >= Build.VERSION_CODES.N``` switches.
- [x] - API23 notifications and messages.
- [x] - Upgrade to use Collections and Streams where possible.
- [ ] - Test if it's possible to use unaltered Web3j.
