Tapping app in home screen always seem to re-launch the app but switching to it doesn't

This is ok:

1. Run app
2. Navigate to screen X
3. Switch to another app
4. Swipe up to open switcher
5. Tap AlphaWallet
6. Still at X

This is ok too:

1. Run app
2. Navigate to screen X
3. Switch to another app
4. Swipe left (or right) at the bottom of the screen to switch to AlphaWallet
5. Still at X

This isn't working as expected:

1. Run app
2. Navigate to screen X
3. Go to homescreen
4. Tap AlphaWallet
