Pending transactions only mentioned in activity tab, lack hints in the wallet tab

1. Go to https://1inch.exchange/#/r/0x147615dceb7aac2e7389037300b65e99b3b94f96
2. Claim 1inch token, confirm and send the transaction
3. Observe [the claim transaction](https://etherscan.io/tx/0x0fb1e30fe375086f655fea8e845bafa0e1cd334eeb200d113048919c4216e93a) is correctly recorded in etherscan as pending
4. Go to wallet tab and not seeing any difference. Panic.

Expected:

- Go to the wallet tab and it shows Ether balance is reduced (by an estimated amount)
- There is a red circle with a number (1) on the Activity tab icon, so the user is lead to Activity to observe the pending tx.
